No previous year questions are not enough for JEE advanced. For JEE Advanced preparation you have to solve as many questions as possible and clear all your basics and do some good coaching materials for extra practice of mathematics.  also you must have the good knowledge and brief overview of the whole paper so that you can get an idea about the genre and difficulty of the paper. Solving past 5 years question papers will give you idea and views on different types of questions. Solving then will build you confidence too.
