Hi,

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research ( ICAR ) conducts entrance exam for admission to various agricultural courses.

Practicing previous years question papers of the exam helps you to understand the nature and level of Questions asked in the exam. It helps you to know your preparation.

Most of the time the question from the same concept asked previously are repeated in exam. So if you have solved the same question previously and learned that concept in detail it helps you in upcoming exam.

So, yes previous years question papers helps to improve marks in exam but solely depending on the exam is not good. You should study the syllabus refering books or notes. A combination of these two i.e previous years question papers practice and study of concepts and points in syllabus. It will definitely help you to get good marks in ICAR exam.

Hope this helps.
