According to Persons with Benchmark disabilities act, up to only  40% is allowed for visual impairment. Which means candidates can have only up to 40% blindness or low vision or whatever. Only then they will be eligible for horizontal PWD reservation within their Category i.s. OBC-PWD, if they belong to OBC, SC-PWD if they belong to SC, so on and so forth. Now with 45% impairment, the you cannot be eligible for PWD reservation.

But that cannot stop you from securing a seat under the Category you belongs to i.e. UR/EWS/OBC/SC/ST

You can now apply for the seats which you come under
