Hey Yash

It is for permanent disabled person.

As at the time of counseling they check the percentage of disability and verify it .There are doctors and experts available.

And you must have some proof of it also.

But this is not mentioned on Jee mains and jee advanced website, Information brochure
They have written only that 40 percent disability irrespective of disability
