Hi, the gvp college provides 30% seats for management quota or direct admission based on the merit in +2 from recognized board. Another thing is ,the fee is slightly higher when you prefer the management quota. In gvp they allot 4.34 lakhs per year. Hence, qualifying in emcet is not compulsory.
