If you are looking for dr. Ram manohar lohia Medical college which is government college in lucknow.
It is a really good place to get admission.
Im also studying  in its affiliated college  of  dental  science.
It is a good college in up .
You can definitely try for it  of you getting decent  marks  .

Ok im sorry as the same college is also present in lucknow also .
But yes if you are looking for pg course in rml college  , new delhi  then yes you can try for it.
It is good place for  Medical student

Well that's  up to you because as per my knowledge  being  Medical student  we need experienced college with perfect  patient countSo rml college  in Delhi is  newly formed in mbbs  so you can go through  this college  .Thankyou
