The documents required during NEET counselling are as follows :

• NEET SCORE CARD
• NEET ADMIT CARD
• 10th Marksheet and Pass certificate
• 12th Marksheet and Pass certificate
• Allotment letter
• Domicile certificate (if claiming)
• Reserved category certificate (if claiming)
• Medical certificate required format given (if a particular college asks for)
• Required Fees in Demand Draft
• Aadhar Card copy
• Any other government proof like Pan. Are, voter id etc
