If nielit b level course is equal to m.c.a program then there is no use of two programs seperately.Neilit b level program recognised by ministry of human and resource development government of india.

B level is professionaly equivalent to M.C.A degree.it is a certificate course not a degree .

B level accepted in india only whereas MCA accepted all over india.it is just to enhance your knowledge and skills.B level is also accepted in government jobs.
