For which entrance exam you are talking about?

If it’s for 2ND ROUND OF AIQ NEET UG ONLINE COUNSELLING 2019, then sorry to inform you that the registration period is over. Although for 2nd round, it wasn’t necessary to make registration or payment again but there was compulsion of filling the fresh choices as the choices in 1st round would have been considered null and void.

If it’s for 2ND ROUND OF VCI Counseling - 2019 (Online Counseling) , then no, there will be no registration required for 2nd round (or will be provided), the students who have registered between 17th July to 22nd July will only be eligible for further rounds.

Kindly provide the entrance name so that we can give you accurate answer.

No, You don't have to register again for 2nd round counselling. 

You just have to register yourself once through online mode, for next time you will be registered automatically and the only thing you have to do is to fill the fresh choices of Colleges again for second round counselling to participate.
