SBI PO is a good & respectful job in banking. And it is tough to become SBI po . It has the best salary and perks. For the position of SBI PO there are 3 levels of exam. After that candidates will be posted to diff branches. And there is training for 2 yrs at that time you will have amany tests & exams. There are transfers too for other places. You have to handle diff businesses and responsibilities at the position of PO.

Training period is called probation period.

And The strating salary is 27,620/-. And advanced increments also. With benefits house rent allowance, furniture allowance, leave travel concession, medical benefits , LTC etc.
