Both colleges are amazing and are prominent colleges of India. But if you've to choose between them for commerce courses then go for shaheed bhagat for sure. It not only be among the top ten colleges of du for commerce but also belongs among the known colleges of du. Recently the faculty of sbsc has been rated among the best faculty for commerce after srcc and therefore have a high percentage cutoff for bcom hons for general category people. The campus might not be as big as bhu but the faculty and crowd you'll get in sbsc will be much more better than bhu. Also if you want to have a better campus life with exposures then definitely go for du.
