Dear Nihal, yes. The security amount will be refunded to the dame accouny from which the payment was made. This will happen after all the rounds of counsellung have been completed. MCC will release the list of candidates who are eligible for refund of their security deposit. It will be refunded within 15 days from there on.

Dear student, security money will only be refunded if you do not get a seat in any of the rounds of counselling. It will not be refunded if you do not get it only till the second round of counselling. Hence it will be better if you participate in the further rounds and try your luck.
