The Non Refundable Registration fee and refundable security amount is to be paid at the time of registration for counselling mentioned by NTA. This step comes after the 2nd step (registration form which includes roll no., application no., candidate name, mother name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, security pin + candidate agreement to the terms and condition will be asked to proceed for further steps. After agreeing, the candidate will able to see registration fee structure and can fill the bank account details for paying the fees and other details. So yes, the payment for counselling is before filling of choices.

Note: OTP will be sent to the mobile no. mentioned in this form for completing the registration process.
