Hey! Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test Conducted by Sri Venkateswara University Tirupati is a state level entrance exam conducted for admission to various post graduate courses. Yes self reporting to the college is necessary you have to reach college before the provided date else your seat will be cancelled. So try to reach college before time. Hope this may help you.
