Following past incidences of cheating and malpratices, very strict guidelines have been laid down by the conducting body of NEET UG. According to that, students are supposed to wear light clothes. No metallic objects should be attached to the clothes. Wearing any kind of jewelry or accessory like watch, is not allowed. Wear slippers or low-heeled sandals. 

As of shirt with buttons, it is advised not to wear them. Because with the advancement of technology, recording and communicating devices have decreased in size and they can be hidden well using shirt buttons. So it is advisable, not to wear anything on the day of examination that might arouse the suspicion of the staaf and exminers at the examination centre. Rather than wearing shirt with buttons, wear a plain and simple T-shirt.

According to the official guidelines, simple and fuss free clothes are encouraged. So try wearing a shirt without any embellishments and buttons to adhere to the guidelines and so that you don't get into trouble.

Yes, you can wear a shirt or a t-shirt along with a normal trouser for your neet examination. As from previous few year neet become little bit strict for dress code. 

So ,The things you must avoid to wear are :

• Duppatta
• Plaazo
• Ethnic wears
• Casual party wear dresses.
