You must be preparing for neet 20. For getting into mbbs, competition is so tough that a coaching is needed and as you choose aakash which is a good choice as per their advertise of selections. 

See, no coaching institute is good or bad. It totally depends on the students capacity to grab knowledge from their teachers. Teachers appointed by the institute will be qualified enough to teach you but all of them may not match your wants. Few might be good but not good for you. So basically it depends on student and it varies. 

No institute can guarantee yoir sucess until yoi gurantee it for yourself. As per my knowledge, choosing the main insttitue is always a best option which is aakash delhi bevause it will make sure to provide the best as its main centre. But that doesn't mean other centres like siloguri is bad, its under their main delhi centre only but now varies as no  of faculty may be more or less depending on the no of students in that insttitue. 

Faculty, facility, management etc will vary to certain extent but will not be totally different. So it will depend on students performance and communication with the faculty on how much the students are able to grab their chance and clear their doubts.
