Well the college will only charge you money that is mentioned in the fee structure for both college and hostel. No college will ask for separate money except in some cases where some extra admission fee or enrollment fee is asked when the student arrives at the college. So I think you should ask the office once by emailing them about the fee structure and getting all details before you pay your fees.
