Hello aspirant
SNQ is Supernumerary Quota (SNQ) are for the candidates , who are economically weak and are from low financially background ..
The SNQ allows students from the economically weaker sections , of the society to gain admission in engineering colleges and help to getting admission, across the state for reduced tuition fees..
There are some requirements of the snq quota,
If the candidates income is less that Rs. 6.0 lakhs per year, you become automatically eligible for SNQ quota in any state..

The seats are alloted under the SNQ purely based on the merit lists and ranks of the andhra Pradesh

Hope you find this information useful and will help you to solve your query

Thank you
