Yes, SPB English Medium College of Commerce is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In 2001, the university granted permanent affiliation to the college and with that it became eligible for registration under sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act and with the passage of time, the SPB English Medium College of Commerce was able to get itself registered under these sections of the UGC Act which further paved the way for getting grants from the UGC.
