For Gate students you will get 12400 per month.

For PGECET Students AICTE (All India Council for Technical education) will not give any Stipend directly but they may get Stepind through TEQIP (Technical Education Quality improvment programme) funds,but these may be only in universities, they should apply for it and if the TEQIP funds are available college may give it to students but this is not mandatory. 

Even if someone is eligible for it and funds are available they may not give for every month ,they may give you at once at some time or at the end of course.
