Dear Abhishek, no other State except for Karnatka is an Open  State which means holding Bihar domicile, you can only apply for Bijar and Karnataka State Counsellings. Now that you wanted information except for Karnataka, there is none. You have to go for Management Quota by directly contacting the College administration after all rounds of State Counsellings have been over including for Management Quota seats.
