Yes, Academics is helpful us getting into top colleges.
When merit list is considered HSC marks will be considered along with JEE mains for admission into IIT & NIT.

No. I asked for Supplymentary exams's marks' are they considered?. which you give again since in july to make your marks eligible for the criteria of getting into IITs {75% criteria}

R u asking about reattempt in hsc board to score more marks or 2nd Attempt.

If you want to take admission only JEE mains Result is Enough (Merit).
