Dear Pulyala ,

Transfer Certificate is mandatory if you wants to take admission in college or university in regular basis because as per act of government  It is against the law of the UGC and strict action should be taken against it if it is found TC and Migration Certificate are only an proof that you are a student of this college or universities .
