Electrical engineering branch at Techno India, Salt Lake is not one of the preferred branches. The most preferred branches are CSE, IT & ECE.

However, electrical engineering department is good enough.

• Intake is of 180 students divided into three sections.
• Professors are up to mark, approachable and helpful.
• Seniors are more or less well behaved.
• Overall, the acedmics is good.
• The only concern that remains is about placement. Every student gets placed in IT companies like Wipro, TCS, CTS, etc. You should not expect a placement in any core electrical company.
