Hello aspirant,
Yes you can wear that as according to instrictions loose clothing lower should be wear. Simple half sleeve kurtas or tops can be worn. Not having big buttons, broaches, badges, light colors are not allowed. Do not wear any jewelry items like nose pins, earrings, chains, bracelets, etc. No veil/dupattas and other long draped dresses are allowed at the time of examination. Open sandals or slippers should be worn.
