The exam center changing facility is just there to increase convenience. As per the current situation, JEE would not be conducted in the coming months, maybe we are looking at June, therefore if you are comfortable with your current center in normal circumstances then you are good to go because exam will not be conducted until the situation restored back to normal.

Yes, it is a good idea to change your examination centre in the present situation where coronavirus is getting widely spread and people are afraid of getting infected by covid-19.

You should change your choice of city for the examination centre to a city where there are no or less number of covid-19 cases, actually the best choice for you will be your own home city in the present condition as in that case you will not have to travel much because travelling increases the chances of getting in touch with a person who is infected with Corona virus
