Both are good with their purpose . It depends upon you that want you want , there are some difference between b.tech biotechnology and b.sc biotechnology .
B. TECH BIOTECHNOLOGY:- B.tech biotechnology is not only about biology, it includes chemistry, physics and other subject with more lab work as compare to b.sc in same.
B.SC BIOTECHNOLOGY :- It mostly about theory part than practical . B.sc is mostly focus on biology.
