Is the cut off expected to fall this year?? As because I believe that the maths paper was tough this year.

Hello Himanshu,

There's no such evidence for the cutoff to fall this year for the admission of engineering. But if the average marks are below last years cutoff or overall the marks obtained by students are low as compared to last year due to the tough maths paper then there's a chance for the cut off to be low
However, it may or may not be the case.

Hope this helps. All the best. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. We will be happy to help.
