According to NTA or National Testing Agency, there are different cutoff marks for general category and genarel ews category. For general category the cut off marks is 89.75 and for genarel ews category 78.21

The cut-off of general category ews section is lower than the cut-off of general section as it gives 10% reservation for the poor sections of  upper caste category.
