First and foremost if you are asking the branch selection then this totally depends on your interest,if you have an interest in softwares and data programming then you should go for cse if not then ece is to deal with electronic devices and communication system.
So the choice is yours.Let me tell you the leading branch is cse no doubt but core companies if you are getting in the placement then ece is also not a bad deal.
