Dear Paramjit, you haven't mentioned the source of your information regarding the fees. If you learnt it from the official website, it is annual fees. If you have learnt it from external sources like other career consultant websites, they also give you annual fees. Most of the Institutes prefer younpaying annual fees and not semester fees.
