Sir i am an comp engeneer and i have just started with hybrig pgdm in operations from welingkar.

I have a work experience of 2 years as a QC engineer and currently handling the family business (Manufacturing based) which i am planning to continue until my pg gets done.

After that i will be looking for a job.

How relevant will be my work experience after completing my pgdm.

Will i get a decent job or what additional thing should i do to get a decent job.

Please guide me.

This program is worth doing it but still if you have an option of doing full time program then I will highly recommend you to go for full time program because it will add a little value in your profile in comparison to full time program because this program is pretty easy to acquire. This will make you a little less preferred candidate in any interview in comparison to a candidate with a degree of full time program.



So in short this program will help you attaining a MBA degree and also help you in learning a lot and growing yourself but if in any case if you have an option of full time program which you can opt it then prefer that over this as it will be beneficial for long term.
