Though because of the downfall in the market the placement is not so good. There are still people who are yet to be placed. But the college is always on the toes tk search for the companies and bring them for placements.

With 73.31 percentile in cat , B.tech 69%, 12th 70% and 10th 93% what is the realistic chance of converting Welingkar(Mumbai)?

Chances seem low with Mumbai campus as cutoffs hover near 80 percentile for lower end specialisation like Business Design.
However , you can try out Welingkars Bangalore where chances of conversion are good enough.
You may try out PGDM with newer specialisation where cutoff is on lowerend.
