Good evening,

To upload your OBC-NCL certificate, first you have to log in into your portal through your JEE Advanced registration number, bate of birth, mobile number, and email address. After you log in, you'll see a tab or a link to upload your OBC-NCL certificate. You just have to go through it and upload your certificate.
