Yes, the news about the cancellation of VITEEE Exam is real and not fake. In the wake of the spread of Coronavirus in India, VIT has decided to cancel it's entrance exam to ensure student safety.

The admission will be based on +2 / Pre-University marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology. Students who have given JEE Main first attempt will be given preference.
