You haven't mentioned the name of the exam for which you want to know whether you can register or not but if you are asking about UCEED exam then I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are late , it's 16th today and last date to fill the application form was yesterday only i.e. 15 th December 2019, UCEED 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on January 18. Application forms for UCEED exam was released on the official website of the exam on October 9, 2020 . The last date to fill UCEED 2020 application form was extended two times by IIT Bombay. Now, the last date to apply for UCEED exam was November 15 only which has passed,  so unluckily you cannot register and apply now.
