Yes Candidates need to appear for Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam (JMI Entrance Exam ). JMI University conducts entrance examinations to offer admission to aspirants in all the courses offered by itAspirants meet JMI University eligibility criteria for admission in UG programmes if they possess a Senior Secondary School Certificate or have cleared an equivalent examination from a recognised board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or at least 50% marks in the subject concerned. However, for some UG courses the minimum aggregate marks that candidates need to possess in order to take part in the admission process is 50%.

Hey, for admission in Jamia Millia Islamia there will be entrance exam conducted by the university for both Bachelor and Masters course. The selection will be based on the entrance exam conducted by the university and to be eligible to write this test you need to score at least 50% in your 10+2. I hope this helped.
