Documents Required for NEET are :-

1. Valid photo Id proof
2. Class 10 mark sheet Certificate
3. Class 10 Passing Certificate
4. Class 12 mark sheet Certificate
5. Class 12 Passing Certificate.
6. ID proof (for instance, Adhaar Card)
7. Recent passport-sized photograph (two in number).
8. Caste/caste income certificate (if applicable)
9. Rural study certificate (if claiming rural quota)
10. Kannada medium study certificate (if claiming Kannada medium quota)
11. Candidate’s study certificate. study certificate must be compulsorily produced during verification and it must also be counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI (Block Education Officer/Deputy Director of Public Instruction).

Apart from the study certificate which includes your 10th as well as 12th certificate, you also need other certificates as well that are mentioned in there and as prescribed by the NEET authorities.
