Hello Sanjeev

The syllabus for both the examinations are almost the same, only in AIIMS paper there additional sections of General knowledge and Logical reasoning. Both these sections are for 10 marks each. Besides this, the syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Biology( botony and zoology) remains the same for both the papers. Although, the level of difficulty is different for both the papers, AIIMS being a little more tough.

Is it that NEET covers syllabus for 11th & 12th both but AIIMS only 12th syllabus besides the GK & AnR part in AIIMS

Nope. The syllabus consists of both -class 11th and class 12th syllabus. You can even go through the previous years papers and check the questions.
