The syllabus for both the examinations are almost the same, only in AIIMS paper there additional sections of General knowledge and Logical reasoning. Both these sections are for 10 marks each. Besides this, the syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Biology( botony and zoology) remains the same for both the papers. Although, the level of difficulty is different for both the papers, AIIMS being a little more tough. I hope this clears your doubt. Feel free to ask any other queries.
