is the syllabus for JEE main exam changed or not.if changed what's the new syllabus?

No it's not changed.....you can visit their official website.

There is no official notification related to change in the syllabus of JEE Main 2018.  Exam date of offline exam is out that is 8th April, 2018.

Yes, you can crack your exam with good marks easily if your concepts are clear and you have strong fundamentals. Make sure you read NCERT book throughly. Focus on the important topics which carries more weightage in the exam.
Refer previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions.
Practice as much as you can. You can solve mock test series to analyze your preparation level at regular interval of time.
