Dear Nivetha, NTA is the examination conducting authority of NEET. The basic syllabus is nothing beyond what you have learnt until your 12th. And NTA doesn't delete any syllabus. Even last year there were rumours about certain topics being deleted for NEET. And it wasnt true. Right now, NEET 2019 Counselling process in under progress and NTA is yet to release any official notification regarding NEET 2020.
