HI,

YES the sections for both are similar i.e both exam has three section and the time limit is 120 min for both

1 Quantitative & Numerical ability

2 Reasoning & General Intelligence

3 Proﬁciency in English Language

the only difference is number of question for each section varies

for nmims each section has 40 questions and nmat has Language Skills 32questions ,Quantitative Skills 48Q,Logical Reasoning 40Q

It will be moderate to difficult and sometimes easy varies from section to section.
It's depends on the level of preparation also ,mostly quats section Wil be bit difficult
