There is a bond of 1 year after completing your MBBS of 5.5 years (internship included) in ESIC Medical College, Hyd or elsewhere. This is mandatory. You can however pay 5 lakhs if you choose to not serve the bond. The pay for the bond amounts to 12lakhs per annum approximately.

For your kind information i wanna tell you that there is not any kind of Work Bond in ESIC Hyderabad after completing your degree.That degree program only contain training og 6 months.It's same for all the medical colleges in india,
