The candidate is qualified to take part in the 15% All-India quota counselling programme in all states with this self-declaration. The 85 percent state quota counselling for Jammu and Kashmir is available to these candidates.

YES there are seats which are allotted for the Kashmiri Migrants in each college. This will depend upon the discretion of the authorities. However, as per the state regulations there will be atleast 1 seat allotted for the Kashmiri Migrants.
