The application form of CMC Vellore generally opens up after the NEET UG/PG result is declared. After this, candidates are supposed to visit the official website of CMC vellore for admission form: https://admissions.cmcvellore.ac.in/ (https://admissions.cmcvellore.ac.in/There)

There they have to login/register yourself and enter the madatory details such as NEET score, personal details, etc. and then submit the form.
