Yes, you can apply for NEET examination after completing the B.Sc. course with computer science and also you have passed the earlier qualifying examination or 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
And the code will be 02. As you have not taken Biology ,Physics and Chemistry in B.Sc course ,so you have to fill code 02.
