Is their any national wise entrance exam for diploma holders for lateral entry?

No there is no national level exam for diploma holders to join btech in lateral entry.But every state and private universities conduct separate exam for lateral entry.Haryana,Assam,west Bengal Karnataka  etc every state conduct separate exam .Like haryana conducts leet,westbengal conduct jeclat etc.
