Hi,
All public and private law colleges of Maharashtra give admission in their BA LLB programme on the basis of score obtained by the candidates in the MH CET Law entrance test. As per the information given on the Prospectus of MH CET 2018 5 year Law programme there is no upper age limit for admission to LL.B 5 Yrs. (Integrated) CET Examination in the Academic Year 2018 -2019. As there is no upper age limit, as a result of it one can take admission in BA LLB course of private law college throuh CAP if he/she fulfills all other criteria. I hope it helps!
