Yes you can definitely do Embryology course after your BSc in Microbiology. If you want to pursue your MSc in Clinical Embryology, this answer might be helpful. First you need to have a BSc in any of the following major: Botony, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc. Clinical Embryology is a stream of biology which mainly focuses on the study of fertilisation of eggs and the healthy development of the embryos.
