There is no as such course for engineering is run in the correspondence course. Also, there could be a problem that I think you have missed the application deadline which was supposed to be until 10th March. University of people provides online degree. The application dates will soon end.

There is nothing you can learn from distance and get your BE degree. But ofcourse if you willing to do you can learn online by using standard sites which I have mentioned below.
This all gives you knowledge, but if you want to get your certificate after completion of each course you have to pay based on course you selected. Course faculties are well experience and definitely you ask questions at end of session by comment and you will get good answer.
